At A Place for Hannah, we walk alongside women during and after incarceration. Our programs are designed to provide guidance, healing, and practical resources that help women rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.
Mental Health Support
Our programs promote healing, resilience, and self-awareness through mental health education and resources.
Discharge Planning
We prepare women for life after release by connecting them with community resources and building a strong plan for success.
Events & Activities
We bring encouragement, education, and connection inside the prison through:
Case Management & Mentorship
We provide one-on-one support for women reentering the community. Our case managers and mentors guide women through challenges, connect them with resources, and encourage personal growth.
Community Resources & Direction
From healthcare to housing to peer support, we help women access the services they need to succeed outside of prison.
90-Day Sober Living
We offer a safe, affordable transitional living space for women exiting incarceration.
Note: Rent is required. Food is not provided.
Job Readiness & Documentation Help
We assist with resumes, job applications, interview preparation, and important documentation such as IDs and licenses—helping women move confidently into the workforce.
We welcome community members who want to make a difference in the lives of women during and after incarceration. Whether it’s mentoring, supporting our events, or helping with program activities, your time and skills can create lasting impact.
